Advisors received a full student record, and institutions received the first view of what students were asking the assistant — and what that implied for support and outreach.

An advisor has a few minutes before her next appointment, with a student she hasn't seen since spring. Preparing used to mean opening several tools to piece together what the student had explored, asked, and decided. This release brought that picture into one place, so the conversation can start with the student instead of the search.

#### 1. Student Profile

From Student Management, advisors open a single student and see pathways, milestones, and AI assistant history together. Everything an advisor needs before a conversation is in one place.

#### 2. Generate Summary

Advisors can produce an AI-written overview of a student's recent activity, assessments, and conversations. The summary is meant for staff preparation, such as faster intake before a meeting or email, not as a substitute for an advisor's own judgment.

#### 3. Take Notes

Advisors attach notes to the student record so context stays with the student over time. Notes support continuity when more than one staff member is involved, or when follow-up happens weeks later.

#### 4. Analytics Dashboard

Institutions can see trending questions and early usage of the AI assistant. This first window into what students are asking, and how often, shows where content or advising capacity may need to catch up.

#### 5. Questions Asked

Students, and advisors reviewing a profile, can search a history of prior questions and answers. Past guidance stays easy to find when a student returns to a decision weeks after the original conversation.
