New platform features help institutions review AI answers with confidence, keep student conversations moving, and organize students into cohorts for outreach.

Before an institution puts an AI assistant in front of its students, campus leaders have one question: can we trust what it says? Responsible adoption depends on checking answers regularly, before a student ever runs into a problem. This release gave institutions a way to do that review, along with new tools that help advisors act on what they see.

#### 1. Responsible AI

Staff can run test questions through the AI assistant and review the answers and sources it returns. The workflow supports a [regular quality review](https://joinadvisorai.com/responsible-ai), so institutions can catch issues proactively instead of waiting for a student to report a problem.

#### 2. Follow-Up Suggestions

After each response, the AI assistant offers relevant next questions. Students exploring majors or next steps always have a natural place to go next, which keeps the conversation moving.

#### 3. Live Activity and Cohort Signal

The advisor home includes a live feed of student activity and a group-level view across cohorts. Advisors can see completions and questions as they happen, then move from a feed item directly into the relevant student or plan.

#### 4. Cohort Management

Advisors create named groups of students and manage them as a unit. Cohorts support sections, programs, or campaigns, so advisors can act on a whole group at once instead of one student at a time.

#### 5. Roles and Permissions

Administrators define staff groups and invite colleagues, with access organized by advisor group or function. Campuses with multiple staff roles can control who sees what.
